Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country.

Each wig is adjusted to the hairline and cap size you chose before it leaves our Jerusalem showroom, and then ships with FedEx. We email you a tracking number on the day your order ships. Delivery usually takes about 10 days, though we can't promise an exact date. If you need your wig by a particular day, tell us in the note at checkout or on WhatsApp before you order, and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Duties and taxes

Prices on the site are in US dollars and do not include import duty or tax charged by the country the wig is delivered to. Your country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives. That charge is set by your customs authority, is collected by the courier, and is paid by you.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged

Every parcel is insured. If your tracking stops moving, or your order arrives damaged, email info@clementinewigs.com and we will deal with the courier for you.
