Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return a wig. It has to come back unworn: tags on, no cuts, no styling product, no smoke. Try it on. Just don't wear it out.

Email us at info@clementinewigs.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a return label. You don't need a receipt. Once the wig is back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We pay return shipping anywhere in the US. Returns are US only right now.

Exchanges

Send the wig back and order the one you want. That's faster than an exchange, and the refund and the new order run in parallel.

The 30-day warranty

Once you've worn the wig, the 7-day return window closes. The 30-day warranty stays open. If something goes wrong with the wig in your first 30 days of wear, we'll make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

If the wig arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email us at info@clementinewigs.com with a photo and we'll sort it out. This isn't limited to 7 days.
